An account administrator can configure the Proactive Outreach layout in Application Center. Depending on the layout configuration, Avaya Workspaces displays the Proactive Outreach widgets with the Preview Dialing functionality. For example, Avaya Workspaces displays the Proactive Outreach Tools widget at the left or right of the page based on the layout configuration. However, the widget structure is fixed, and the account administrator cannot change it. Note that the number of features you can access within the widgets does not depend on the layout configuration.
You can modify the settings of Avaya Workspaces before you start initiating outbound interactions. For example, you can change the language of the Avaya Workspaces user interface.
