Log in to Avaya Workspaces to initiate outbound interactions and access the Preview Dialing functionality. An account administrator must associate your agent account with the Proactive Outreach layout to enable you to view it in Avaya Workspaces.
Before you begin
Obtain the following information from an account administrator:
Your Avaya Workspaces username and password.
The URL to the Avaya WorkspacesLogin page.
Procedure
In your browser, enter the URL of the Avaya WorkspacesLogin page.
In the Username field, type your username.
In the Password field, type your password.
Click Sign In.
Avaya Workspaces logs you in and displays the Proactive Outreach layout.
