You can use the Imports dashboard to monitor the active data import and DNC import jobs that are configured to update your contact lists and DNC lists in POM. You can also change the status of these jobs, for example, pause a running data import job.

The Imports dashboard displays only the active data import and DNC import jobs, for example, jobs that are in a running or paused state. The Imports dashboard does not display data import and DNC import jobs that are stopped or completed.

A data import job updates the contact list in POM with contacts from the associated data source.

POM uses the contact list to identify the contacts to be called or excluded from a campaign.

A DNC import job updates the DNC list in POM with contacts from the associated data source.

POM uses the DNC list to identify the contacts that are marked as Do Not Call, and hence must not be called.
