You can use the Contact Distribution option to view the time zone-wise distribution of contacts for the Call task nodes of a campaign.
You can view run-time information about whether the time zones are open for dialing, the total contacts that belong to each time zone, and the number of dialed and not dialed contacts for each time zone. You can use this data to make run-time decisions for a campaign.
For example, you can decide the number of agents to allocate for outbound activities based on the number of yet-to-be-dialed contacts for the time zone and whether the time zone is open for dialing.
You can specify the contact lists and phone attribute for which you want to view the time zone-wise distribution of contacts in a campaign.
The phone attributes available for selection are the ones that are configured in the Time Zone Phone Attributes field on the Campaign Creation page in POM. POM verifies the guard time of these phone attributes and picks up a contact for an attempt only when the guard time of any of these phone attributes is open for dialing.
