Changing the pacing type of a Call task node of a campaign at run time

Prolog information
You can change the pacing type of a Call task node of a campaign when the campaign is in a running or callback state.

Note:
The Runtime Pacing option is available for a Call task node only if your administrator has set the Runtime Change Pacing Type property of the Call task node to ON in the campaign strategy in POM.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the campaign and click Settings.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Settings option is available only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
  3. On the Campaign Settings page, click the Runtime Parameters tab.
  4. In the Task field, click the Call task node pacing type of which you want to change.
  5. Click Runtime Pacing.
  6. On the Change Runtime Pacing Type page, set a new pacing type and its associated parameters for the Call task node.
  7. Click Save.
    STEP RESULT:
    If you enable the Persist Pacing Change option, Supervisor Dashboard displays a message indicating that enabling this option overwrites the pacing type of the Call task node in the campaign strategy with the new pacing type. Overwriting the pacing type in the campaign strategy might affect the other campaigns that use the same campaign strategy.
    Click Yes to overwrite the pacing type of the Call task node in the campaign strategy with the new pacing type.
