The following fields are displayed on the DNC import job details page.

Stop Stop icon
To stop the DNC import job.
Pause Pause icon
To pause the DNC import job.
The Pause option is available only when the DNC import job is in a running state.
Resume Resume icon
To resume a paused DNC import job.
The Resume option is available only when the DNC import job is in a paused state.

DNC Import Properties

Name
Description
DNC List Name
Displays the name of the DNC list in which the data is imported.
DNC Import Name
Displays the name of the data source from which data is imported in the DNC list.
Job ID
Displays the job ID of the DNC import job.
Import Type
Displays the import type of the job.
The following are the import types:
  • Add DNC File: Adds contacts to the DNC list from a local, FTP, or SFTP source file.
  • Remove DNC File: If the contacts in the local, FTP, or SFTP source file match the contacts in the DNC list, this import job removes the matching contacts from the DNC list.
Organization
Displays the organization name of the user who started the DNC import job.
Processed Contacts
Displays the total number of contacts the DNC import job has processed.
Start Time
Displays the start time of the DNC import job.
Elapsed Time
Displays the number of hours for which the DNC import job is running.

Lower pane

The DNC import job performs changes in the DNC list depending on the DNC import job configuration. The lower pane shows the real-time DNC import results for the processed contacts in a pie chart and tabular format. The DNC import results are dynamically updated. Data is displayed in the lower pane only if there are any active DNC import jobs. For example, a running or paused DNC import job.
  • Pie chart: Shows the real-time percentage of DNC import results for the processed contacts. For example, how many percentage of contacts were successfully imported out of the total contacts processed by the DNC import job.
    No value is displayed in the pie chart in the following cases:
    • The total number of contacts processed by the DNC import job is zero.
    • The count in each DNC import result field is zero.
  • Tabular format: Shows the real-time DNC import results for the processed contacts in a numeric format.
The following table provides information about the DNC import result fields:

Matched with DNC
Displays the number of contacts that match the contacts in the DNC list.
Phone Format Failed
Displays the number of contacts with phone formats that do not match the phone formats configured in POM.
Run Time Error
Displays the number of contacts for which a run-time error was encountered during the DNC import job.
Invalid Sip
Displays the number of contacts that contain an invalid SIP address.
Duplicate Address
Displays the number of contacts with duplicate address.
Update
Displays the number of contacts that are updated in the DNC list.
Phone Or Email Made Empty
Displays the number of contacts for which the phone number or email address is deleted from the DNC list.
Delete
Displays the number of contacts that are deleted from the DNC list.
Excluded But Callbacks Retained
Displays the number of contacts that are marked as excluded. However, the callback is retained in the contact list.
Validation Failed
Displays the number of contacts for which the contact validation failed.
Record Not Found
Displays the number of contacts for which no matching contacts are found in the DNC list.
Success
Displays the number of contacts that are imported into the DNC list.
Rejected Pattern
Displays the number of contacts that match the reject pattern configured in POM.
Contact marked as excluded
Displays the number of contacts that are marked as excluded in the contact list.
Excluded flag reset for contact
Displays the number of excluded contacts that are reset to callable in the contact list.
Contact Import Retry failed count
Displays the number of times POM retries to run the DNC import job if an error occurs when a user runs the DNC import job from POM. For example, authentication or connection with the DNC data source fails.
POM can retry running a DNC import job for a maximum of three times.
