The following fields are displayed on the data import job details page.

Description
Stop Stop icon
To stop the data import job.
Pause Pause icon
To pause the data import job.
The Pause option is available only when the data import job is in a running state.
Resume Resume icon
To resume a paused data import job.
The Resume option is available only when the data import job is in a paused state.

Contact List Properties

Name
Description
Contact List Name
Displays the name of the contact list in which the data is imported.
Contact Import Name
Displays the name of the data source from which data is imported in the contact list.
Job ID
Displays the job ID of the data import job.
Import Type
Displays the import type of the job.
The following are the import types:
  • File: Imports contacts into the contact list from a local, FTP, or SFTP source file.
  • Database: Imports contacts into the contact list from a database.
  • Custom: Imports contacts into the contact list by using a custom class.
  • Upload File: Imports contacts into the contact list from a .csv file that is uploaded in POM.
  • Exclude Contacts: Excludes the contacts that are marked for exclusion in POM.
  • Reset Excluded Contacts: Resets the excluded contacts to callable in the contact list when these contacts are reset to callable in POM.
  • Excluded Contacts file: If contacts in the local, FTP, or SFTP source file match the contacts in the contact list, this import job marks the matching contacts as excluded in the contact list.
  • Excluded Contacts Database: If contacts in the database match the contacts in the contact list, this import job marks the matching contacts as excluded in the contact list.
  • Excluded Contacts Custom: If contacts that are imported by using a custom class match the contacts in the contact list, this import job marks the matching contacts as excluded in the contact list.
  • Excluded Contacts Upload file: If contacts in the source .csv file that is uploaded in POM match the contacts in the contact list, this import job marks the matching contacts as excluded in the contact list.
Organization
Displays the organization with which the contact list is associated.
If the contact list is associated with multiple organizations, the Organization field displays the organization name of the user who created the data import job.
Processed Contacts
Displays the total number of contacts the data import job has processed.
Start Time
Displays the start time of the data import job.
Elapsed Time
Displays the number of hours for which the data import job is running.

Lower pane

The data import job performs changes in the contact list depending on the data import job configuration. The lower pane shows the real-time data import results for the processed contacts in a pie chart and tabular format. The data import results are dynamically updated. Data is displayed in the lower pane only if there are any active data import jobs. For example, a running or paused data import job.
  • Pie chart: Shows the real-time percentage of data import results for the processed contacts. For example, how many percentage of contacts were successfully imported out of the total contacts processed by the data import job.
    No value is displayed in the pie chart in the following cases:
    • The total number of contacts processed by the data import job is zero.
    • The count in each data import result field is zero.
  • Tabular format: Shows the real-time data import results for the processed contacts in a numeric format.
The following table provides information about the data import result fields:

Count
Matched with DNC
Displays the number of contacts that match the contacts in the DNC list.
Phone Format Failed
Displays the number of contacts with phone formats that do not match the phone formats configured in POM.
Run Time Error
Displays the number of contacts for which a run-time error was encountered during the data import job.
Invalid Sip
Displays the number of contacts that contain an invalid SIP address.
Duplicate Address
Displays the number of contacts with duplicate address.
Update
Displays the number of contacts that are updated in the contact list.
Phone Or Email Made Empty
Displays the number of contacts for which the phone number or email address is deleted from the contact list.
Delete
Displays the number of contacts that are deleted from the contact list.
Excluded But Callbacks Retained
Displays the number of contacts that are marked as excluded. However, the callback is retained in the contact list.
Validation Failed
Displays the number of contacts for which the contact validation failed.
Record Not Found
Displays the number of contacts for which no matching contacts are found in the contact list.
Success
Displays the number of contacts that are imported into the contact list.
Rejected Pattern
Displays the number of contacts that match the reject pattern configured in POM.
Contact marked as excluded
Displays the number of contacts that are marked as excluded in the contact list.
Excluded flag reset for contact
Displays the number of excluded contacts that are reset to callable in the contact list.
Contact Import Retry failed count
Displays the number of times POM retries to run the data import job if an error occurs when a user runs the data import job from POM.
POM can retry running a data import job for a maximum of three times.
POM retries to run a data import job in the following scenarios:
  • A data import job is run for a contact list. However, the Empty Contact List Before Import option is enabled and the Pause Associated Campaigns If Emptying Contact List option is disabled in the data source configuration of the contact list in POM.
  • A data import job is run for a contact list that has callbacks associated. However, the Empty Contact List Before Import option is enabled and the Ignore Callback On Contacts if Emptying Contact List option is disabled in the data source configuration of the contact list in POM.
  • A data import job is run to exclude contacts from a contact list. However, a data import job to import contacts into the same contact list is already running or vice versa.
  • An error occurs when running the data import job. For example, authentication or connection with the data source fails.
