Add Condition

You can add a maximum of 30 filter conditions in a filter template including the filter conditions that you add in filter condition groups.

Remove Group
Click to remove the filter condition group from the filter.
Contact attribute
Click the contact attribute based on which you want to filter the contacts.
For example, Last Name.
Operators
Click the operator that you want to use with the contact attribute to filter the contacts.
For more information about operators, see Operators in filter templates.
For multi-character wild card support, use percentage (%).
Multi-character wild card is supported with the Like and NotLike operators.
For single-character wild card support, use underscore (_).
Single-character wild card is supported with the Like and NotLike operators.
For example, if customer names in the contact list are Avaya, Avasa, Asurian, and the selection criteria is Ava_a, then only two records, namely Avaya and Avasa are selected.

Sort Details
Add
Click to add a sort condition in the filter template.
You can add a maximum of five sort conditions in a filter template.
When you associate this filter template to a contact list, the contacts in the contact list are filtered as per the filter conditions, and then sorted as per the sort conditions configured in this filter template.
Value
Click the contact attribute based on which you want to sort the contacts.
For example, phone number.
If the filter template is associated with the contact list of an attribute-based campaign, do not use the attributes that are already configured for attribute-based dialing in the Campaign Creation Wizard of the campaign in POM. This is because POM, by default, sorts the filtered contacts based on the attribute-based dialing attributes.
Sort Order
Click the sort order that you want to use to sort the contacts.
The options are:
  • Ascending
  • Descending
Delete Delete icon
Click to delete the corresponding sort condition.
Other Details
Top number of records

POM uses these top matching contacts for the campaign.
For example, if you specify the value 100, POM uses the top 100 matching contacts for the campaign.
