Linking campaigns

You can link a campaign to a base campaign only if the base campaign is in a running or callback state.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the campaign to which you want to link another campaign, and then click Settings.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Settings option is available only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
    The Campaign Settings page is displayed.
  3. On the Job Parameters tab, in the Campaign Linking field, click the campaign that you want to link to this campaign.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Apply to link the campaign and perform more changes on the Campaign Settings page.
    • Click Save & Close and click Yes on the confirmation message to link the campaign.
