Enabling or disabling autosave layout in the Supervisor Dashboard

You can enable the Auto save layout option to autosave any changes that are done to the layout of a dashboard. For example, autosave any changes that are done to the column width, column position, or filter condition in a dashboard.
Even after the Auto save layout option is enabled, the Save Layout Save Layout icon button is still available on the Supervisor Dashboard web interface. You can use the Save Layout button to manually save the changes performed in a dashboard layout. However, if the changes are autosaved by the time you click the Save Layout button, the Save Layout button becomes unavailable.
  1. In Supervisor Dashboard, click Show User Preferences Show User Preferences icon.
  2. On the User Preferences page, click the Global Settings tab.
  3. In Layout, do one of the following:
    1. Enable the Auto save layout option to enable autosave in Supervisor Dashboard.
    2. Disable the Auto save layout option to disable autosave in Supervisor Dashboard.
  4. Click Save.
