Stopping an active data import or DNC import job

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Imports.
  2. On the Imports page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the data import or DNC import job you want to stop, and then click Stop.
  3. Click Yes on the confirmation message.
