Last Updated : Jun 08, 2022 |
Prolog information
For a campaign to run, at least one contact list, with or without associating a filter template, must be added to the campaign.
You can remove a contact list or a contact list and filter template association from a campaign only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
If a campaign has only one contact list and if you remove the contact list from the campaign, the Supervisor Dashboard does not save the changes.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the campaign and click Settings.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Settings option is available only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
The Campaign Settings page is displayed.
  3. On the Job Parameters tab, in Filter Template Associations, click Edit.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The system displays the Contact List and Filter Selection page.
  4. Click Delete Delete icon corresponding to the contact list or contact list and filter template association that you want to remove from the campaign.
  5. In the Dialing allocation (%) field, modify the dialing allocation to ensure one of the following:
    • Allocate 100 percent dialing allocation to each of the remaining contact lists of the campaign.
    • If you want to allocate less than 100 percent dialing allocation to any of the remaining contact lists, ensure that the total dialing allocation for all contact lists of the campaign is 100 percent.
For example, if the campaign has two remaining contact lists, you can allocate 50 percent each to the two contact lists.
  6. Click Save.
