The following message is displayed when accessing Supervisor Dashboard:
Data stream is broken since websocket is disconnected, new updated data won't be available until data stream is restored.
Cause
The following are the possible causes:
A self-signed certificate is used for POM deployment and the browser cannot recognize the self-signed certificate.
The Dashboard service is not running on the POM server.
The network is not connected.
Solution
If a self-signed certificate is used for POM deployment and you are accessing the Supervisor Dashboard for the first time, go to the following URL and accept the certificate in the browser:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
https://<IP address or FQDN of POM server>:9097/health
The default service port is 9097.
Ensure the Dashboard service is running on the POM server.
