Prolog information
Use filter template to specify the filter and sort conditions for the contacts in the contact list that is associated with a campaign. POM filters the contacts in the contact list based on the filter conditions, and then sorts the filtered contacts based on the sort conditions configured in the filter template. POM uses these filtered and sorted contacts for the associated campaigns.
Filter templates are created in POM. You can use the Supervisor Dashboard to edit the contact list and filter template associations in a campaign. For example, you can associate a new filter template to the contact list or add a new contact list and filter template association in the campaign.
You can also edit the filter templates that are associated with the contact lists of a campaign.
You can edit a filter template, or change the contact list and filter template association only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
You can do the following in a filter template at run time:
  • Add, edit, and remove a filter.
  • Add, edit, and delete filter conditions within a filter.
  • Add, edit, and delete filter condition groups within a filter.
  • Add, edit, and delete sort conditions.
  • Specify the top number of contacts that match the filter and sort conditions.
POM uses these top matching contacts for the campaign.
For example, top 100 matching contacts.
You can add a maximum of 30 filter conditions and 5 sort conditions in a filter template.
