Prolog information
Before you begin
Use this procedure to add a contact list to a campaign without associating a filter template to the contact list.
You can add a contact list to a campaign only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
If the Contact Record Assignment to Agent option is set as Attribute or Agent ID or both in POM, ensure that the contact list you add contains the attributes that are selected for the attribute/agent ID-based record assignment.
For dialing allocation, you can do any one of the following:
  • Allocate 100 percent to each contact list of the campaign.
  • If you are allocating less than 100 percent to any of the contact lists of the campaign, ensure that the total dialing allocation for all contact lists of the campaign is 100 percent.
For example, if the campaign has three contact lists, you can allocate 50 percent to the first contact list and 25 percent each to the remaining two contact lists.
If you do not specify the dialing allocation percentage for a contact list, the default dialing allocation for the contact list is 100 percent.
