Use the Staffed Agents dashboard to view information about staffed agents.
The Staffed Agents dashboard displays only those logged-in agents who are part of the agent group assigned to the supervisor who has currently logged on to the Supervisor Dashboard. The agent group to supervisor assignment is done in POM.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Staffed Agents.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Staffed Agents page shows information and status of the staffed agents.
  2. To view the staffed agents data in a graphical format, click Chart Chart icon.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Chart Chart icon option is unavailable if you enable the Filter Filter icon option.
