Pausing an active data import or DNC import job

The Pause option is available only when the data import or DNC import job is in a running state.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Imports.
  2. On the Imports page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the running data import or DNC import job you want to pause, and then click Pause.
  3. Click Yes on the confirmation message.
