Use the Inbound Skills dashboard to monitor the inbound skills in POM that are mapped to the inbound skills in Call Center Elite, and are used by the active campaigns.
The Inbound Skills dashboard displays the following:
Inbound skills for which blend monitoring is enabled for Call Center Elite.
Inbound skills that POM uses for skill-based pacing for Call Center Elite.
The Inbound Skills dashboard displays data only if POM is installed in the Call Center Elite mode.
On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Inbound Skills.
Result
The Inbound Skills page displays information about the inbound skills.
