Editing a filter template at run time

Last Updated : May 31, 2022 |
Prolog information
You can edit only those filter templates that are associated with the contact lists of the campaign.
You can edit the filter templates only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
If the filter template is associated with the contact list of an attribute-based campaign, do not configure sort condition attributes that are already configured as attributes for attribute-based dialing on the Campaign Creation page of the campaign in POM. This is because POM, by default, sorts the filtered contacts based on the attribute-based dialing attributes.
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the campaign and click Settings.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Settings option is available only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
The Campaign Settings page is displayed.
  3. On the Job Parameters tab, in the Select Filter Template field, click the filter template you want to edit and click Edit.
  4. On the Edit Filter Template page, in the Filter Details area, do any of the following to add a filter to the filter template:
    • Click Add Condition to configure a filter condition.
    • Click Add Group to configure a group filter condition for the contact attributes you want.
  5. In the Sort Details area, click Add to configure a sort condition for the contact attributes you want.
  6. In the Other Details area, in the Top number of records field, type the top number of contacts that match the filter and sort conditions.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
POM uses these top matching contacts for the campaign.
  7. Click Save.
