Removing campaign linking between a base and a linked campaign

Keywords:
  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the base campaign from which you want to remove the linked campaign, and then click Settings.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Settings option is available only if the campaign is in a running or callback state.
    The Campaign Settings page is displayed.
  3. On the Job Parameters tab, in the Campaign Linking field, click dash (-).
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Apply to remove the campaign linking and perform more changes on the Campaign Settings page.
    • Click Save & Close and click Yes on the confirmation message to remove the campaign linking.
