Displays the following options:
  • Pause: To pause a running data or DNC import job.
  • Resume: To resume a paused data or DNC import job.
  • Stop: To stop a data or DNC import job.
  • View: To view the details of a data or DNC import job.
Type
Displays the type of the import job, that is, Contacts or DNC.
List Name
  • For Data import job:
    Displays the name of the contact list in which the data is imported.
  • For DNC import job:
    Displays the name of the DNC list in which the data is imported.
Import Name
  • For Data import job:
    Displays the name of the data source from which data is imported in the contact list.
  • For DNC import job:
    Displays the name of the data source from which DNC contacts are imported in the DNC list.
Job ID
Displays the job ID of the data or DNC import job.
Status
  • For Data import job:
    Displays the status of the data import job.
    The following are the status types of a data import job:
    • Queued: The import job is in a queue.
    • Running: The import job is running.
    • Error: The import job has encountered an error.
    • File Copying: The import job is copying a file.
    • Pausing: The import job is pausing.
    • Paused: The import job is paused.
    • Stopping: The import job is stopping.
    • Waiting To Resume: Paused import job is waiting to be resumed.
    • Deleting: The import job is deleting contacts.
    • Creating History: Contacts are imported, and job history is being created before the import job is marked as completed.
    • Queued For Excluding Contacts: The import job for excluding contacts is in a queued state.
    • Queued For Resetting Excluded Contacts: The import job for resetting the excluded contacts to callable is in a queued state.
    • Excluding Contacts: The import job is marking the contacts as excluded in the contact list.
    • Resetting Excluded Contacts: The import job is resetting the excluded contacts to callable in the contact list.
  • For DNC import job:
    Displays the status of the DNC import job.
    The following are the status types of a DNC import job:
    • Queued: The import job is in a queue.
    • Running: The import job is running.
    • Error: The import job has encountered an error.
    • File Copying: The import job is copying a file.
    • Pausing: The import job is pausing.
    • Paused: The import job is paused.
    • Stopping: The import job is stopping.

Organization
  • For Data import job:
    Displays the organization with which the contact list is associated.
    If the contact list is associated with multiple organizations, the Organization field displays the organization name of the user who created the data import job.
  • For DNC import job:
    Displays the organization name of the user who started the DNC import job.
Processed Contacts
Displays the total number of contacts the data or DNC import job has processed.
