Use this page to assign preferred campaigns to the agent.

Available Campaigns
The list of campaigns available for selection as a preferred campaign. The running campaigns are highlighted in green.
Note:
The maximum limit for preferred campaigns is 20.
To assign one or more campaigns as preferred campaigns, do one of the following:
  • To assign a campaign from Available Campaigns to Selected Campaigns, click Add icon.
  • To assign all campaigns from Available Campaigns to Selected Campaigns, click Add All.
Selected campaigns
The list of campaigns selected as preferred campaigns. The running campaigns are highlighted in green.
To unassign one or more preferred campaigns, do one of the following:
  • To unassign a campaign from Selected Campaigns to Available Campaigns, click Remove icon.
  • To unassign all campaigns from Selected Campaigns to Available Campaigns, click Remove All.
Cancel
Click to cancel the changes.
Save
Click to save the changes.
