Agents and supervisors can send outbound emails using the adhoc email feature of Avaya Workspaces. This option is available for agents and supervisors during an active customer interaction on the email channel and when they are logged in.
is available if the email channel is activated. With this feature, the agent or supervisor can:
Send business or personal emails
Add, delete, or change participants in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields
Attach files to adhoc emails
Cancel an adhoc email
Select the required address in the From field
