Viewing notification logs

About this task

You can view Avaya Workspaces notifications to find technical issues. For example, if you have connection problems, Avaya Workspaces sends a notification alarm.

Procedure

  1. On the top toolbar, click the Notifications icon.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the list of current notifications and their arrival time.

  2. Click the Filter icon.
  3. Select any of the following options to view corresponding messages:

    • Successes

    • Errors

    • Warnings

    • Information

  4. Optional At the top of the notification list, click Clear All to clear notifications.
