Avaya Workspaces log files

Last Updated : Jan 22, 2024 |

You can upload Avaya Workspaces log files to a location the Avaya system administrator configures. Avaya system administrators can enable or disable the upload option for each customer account. After you upload log files, the support personnel can retrieve and interpret the log files. Avaya Workspaces retains the uploaded log files for 5 days.

You can upload log files at the following time:

  • Before session activation.

  • After session activation fails.

  • After logging in to Avaya Workspaces.

Note:

If you cannot access the Upload button, contact Avaya Support.

Avaya Support can retrieve Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud tenant environment browser logs from agent's internet browser. Avaya Support retrieves web browser logs that Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud creates for the purpose of troubleshooting in response to the support request. Agents receives a toast notification in Avaya Workspaces indicating that the log file is uploaded to a remote server.

You can download log files that Avaya Workspaces creates for your session and send them to your Avaya system administrator. Administrators can use the log files to monitor the activity of Avaya Workspaces and troubleshoot issues.
