You can capture network traffic from the codec to use for diagnostics and troubleshooting. After capturing network packets, open an SSH session to access the file containing the intercepted traffic.
Procedure
On the Diagnostics menu, click Packet Interception.
On the Packet Interception page, for the Protocol setting, select the transport protocol to capture the network packets.
To start capturing the traffic, click Start.
To stop capturing the traffic, click Stop.
In the Google Chrome browser, go to https://<codec IP address>:65443/log.
In the /log directory, locate the tcp-1.pcap file to view the captured traffic details.
If a USB drive is connected to the codec, the tcp-1.pcap file is automatically downloaded to the drive.
