The video resolution cannot reach 4K

During calls, the video resolution on the codec cannot reach 4K.

The following causes can lead to this issue:

  • The conferencing service does not support 4K video resolution.

  • The H.265 codec is not selected in the video settings.

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the conferencing service that you use supports 4K video resolution.
  2. In the codec web interface, go to Settings > Video > Video Capabilities and ensure that the H.265 codec is selected.
