Clearing log information

About this task

From the Log Information page, you can clear the log entries to start logging again, free up the storage space on the log server, and reduce the size of the log file archive. You can clear only non-active log entries, currently written log files are not cleared during this operation.

Procedure

  1. On the Diagnostics menu, click Log Information.
  2. On the Log Information page, click Clear Log.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
