The presentation sent from the codec does not display correctly.

The following causes can lead to this issue:

  • The secondary video source is not connected.

  • The video streaming device cable is not connected correctly.

  • The SIP protocol is not configured correctly.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Connect an external HD camera or secondary video source device to the HDMI input.
  2. Check the streaming device cable connection to the codec.
  3. In the codec web interface, go to Settings > Protocol > SIP > BFCP Transmission Mode and select TCP.
