No audio output from the speakers

The following causes can lead to this issue:

  • The HDMI audio output is not enabled.

  • The audio output volume level is low.

Solution

Procedure

  1. In the codec web interface, go to Settings > Audio > Audio Output and enable the audio output that you use.
  2. On the web interface Audio Output page or with the remote control Volume +/- buttons, increase the audio output volume level.
