You can view real-time details on the quality and network parameters of an active call. For example, you can view if AES encryption is used and check the type of encryption. You can also view various audio and video parameters, call and frame rate, and the presence of jitter and packet loss.
Procedure
During a call, on the Diagnostics menu, click Call Information.
On the Call Information page, view the call quality details and network parameters.
