Restore the codec software to the factory settings. You can save the account information to log in with the same credentials after the reset. You can also save the IP configuration details not to perform this configuration again.
TLS certificates get deleted after a factory reset regardless of the reset option that you choose.
Procedure
On the Settings menu, go to Others > Factory Reset.
To save your account information for logging in after the reset, select the Enable Save Account Information check box.
To save the IP configuration of the codec after the reset, select the Enable Save IP Information check box.
To reset the codec to the factory settings after saving the configuration, select the Enable Start Factory Reset check box.
