You can place Avaya Room System C100 Series on surfaces, such as a desk, a cabinet, or other pieces of furniture. You can also install Avaya Room System C130 or Avaya Room System C170 on the enclosed bracket.

When placing the codec on a desk, ensure that it is stable to prevent it from slipping. When placing the codec on a cabinet or furniture, ensure it is secure.

You can mount Avaya Room System C130 and Avaya Room System C170 to a wall using the provided wall-mounting bracket, and you can mount Avaya Room System C130 to a TV back panel. Avaya Room System C190 was designed to be installed on a flat horizontal surface, such as a desk or rack shelf, and the mounting kit is not provided for this model.

Avoid facing the codec towards bright light sources such as windows.
