Restore the codec software to the factory settings. Perform this procedure with caution: after the factory reset, all the configured settings will be reset to their default values and all customized or stored data will be lost.

If saving the account and IP information is enabled on the web interface Settings menu, these details are retained after the factory reset. You can check if this is enabled by going to Settings > Others > Factory Reset.
