From the web interface, you can select one or more video codecs to use for compressing and decompressing your video. You can use the standard H.264 codec, which is used in most devices, and the H.264 HP video codec, which is compliant with the ITU-T H.264 standard, high profile. To use the H.264 HP codec, you must also enable the H.264 codec.

You can also select the H.265 codec that corresponds to a newer video compression standard.
