You can connect external endpoint devices to the front panel ports of the installed media modules and to the fixed front panel ports. Mount the Branch Gateway and insert all media modules before you connect the endpoint devices.
You must connect peripheral devices in the following order:
Data and voice devices
Circuit protection
Wide Area Network (WAN)
Coupled Bonding Conductor (CBC)
Avaya Partner Contact Closure Adjunct
Warning:
To reduce the risk of fire, use only 26-AWG or larger telecommunication line cords when installing phones or adjuncts, or connecting to media module telecommunication ports.
