Perform the following procedure to configure the number of days for saving backup files and restoring history logs on the server before the files or logs are automatically removed:

Navigate to EM > Tools > Backup and Restore > General Settings.
Enter the number of days that you want to save backup and restore history log files on the server before the files are removed in the Store history and log files for up to field.
