If your administrator integrates Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) with Avaya Aura® Device Services, you can use Avaya Workspaces to do the following:
Make a call using the Dial pad.
Search the Enterprise Directory contacts, Contact Center Users, Contact Center Services, and Phone Extensions, and make a call from the search result.
Use the single-step transfer option in an existing call to search the Enterprise Directory contacts, Contact Center Users, Contact Center Services, and Phone Extensions. Then, transfer the call to the search result.
