When the Avaya Workspaces browser of the agent is not in focus or is minimized, and the agent receives a new chat, email, messaging, or voice interaction, the Avaya Workspaces displays a toast notification.
Procedure
When Avaya Workspaces displays the toast notification, click the notification window to bring Avaya Workspaces into focus.
Google Chrome does not support notifications without HTTPS. You must allow notification in the browser.
