Configuring desktop notifications

About this task

Configure desktop notifications to select which of them your computer displays when you minimize the browser window, or when the tab with Avaya Workspaces is not active.

Procedure

  1. On the top toolbar, click the Settings icon.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Optional To disable all desktop notifications, click Disable Notifications.
  4. To receive desktop notifications about incoming interactions, select Alerting Interaction.
  5. To receive desktop notifications about the messages that Avaya Workspaces displays during an active interaction, select Incoming Messages.
  6. Click Save.
