Microsoft Teams is a business messaging and collaboration platform in the Microsoft 365 product family. Microsoft Teams provides access to channels and teams, direct messaging, and group chats for collaboration. It also integrates with other Microsoft 365 platforms, including Dynamics 365 applications.
As an agent or a supervisor, you can log in to the Microsoft Teams provider in Avaya Workspaces and access enabled Microsoft Teams contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget.
You can perform the following actions with Microsoft Teams contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget:
View the Presence states of contacts
Search for contacts and groups
Make direct calls and transfer calls
Make consultation calls
Add contacts to the Favorites list
Make multiple calls simultaneously
