Forwarding emails

About this task

You can forward an email and its associated content to a user outside the contact center.

The email widget displays the updated user interface. To enable the new user interface for the email widget, contact your administrator.

Procedure

  1. In Avaya Workspaces, click the Email icon.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the customer's email details with the Digital Library widget.

  2. Click the Forward icon to forward the email.
  3. In the To field, enter the email address.

    You can also copy and paste one or several email addresses.

  4. In the message body, do the following:
    1. To add a new message, type the message.
    2. To use an email template, click Email and select the required template from the Digital Library widget.
  5. In the Subject field, type the subject of the email.

    You must enter a maximum of 256 characters in the Subject field.

  6. Click Send.
