Use the Application Center Administration to launch the management interface for Verint Workforce Engagement. You need Verint Workforce Engagement and Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud credentials to launch the application.

Before you begin
Do the following:
Ensure you have an Verint Workforce Engagement employee profile.
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
On the Home tab, click Workforce Engagement Recorder Administration.
Type your Verint Workforce Engagement username and click Continue.
If the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public CloudSign in page is displayed, type your Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud username and password and click Sign In.
