Editing reason codes

Edit an existing Not Ready reason code or a disposition code to update the code name or description. You cannot change the code type when editing a Not Ready reason code or a disposition code.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact CenterReason Codes.
  2. On the Reason Codes page, for the code to update, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Update the code name and description.
  4. Click Save.
