Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
  1. In the navigation tree, click ChannelsMessaging.
  2. On the Messaging Integrations page, click the Facebook tab.
  3. To disable an active Facebook account, toggle off the Enabled switch.
  4. To enable an inactive Facebook account, toggle on the Enabled switch.
