Editing context data rules

Edit existing context data rules to update the rule condition, routing configuration or specify a workflow for matching interactions. You cannot save the edited rule if the total number of characters in the key-value pair fields for the rule condition exceeds 255.
The contact center applies the updated configuration for the next matching interaction.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
  1. In the navigation tree, click Business RulesContext Data Rule.
  2. On the Context Data Rules page, in the row of the rule to update, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Update the configuration and click Save.
