Select an attachment for each file template.
Associate Template with Queue
Associate a file template to a queue or multiple queues.
The associated file templates are displayed to agents on the Digital Library widget as suggested responses in Avaya Workspaces.
Account administrators can associate templates using one of the following options:
  • All Queues: Associate a template to all the queues that are defined in the Application Center Administration including the default queues.
  • Search for a specific queue.

Save and Publish
Click to save the details and make the template visible to agents.
