Add and configure a layout.
You must add and configure a layout to add new widgets to it or change the order in which the layout displays the widgets.
When you add a layout, it has the same configuration as the default layout.

Add a UX profile.
You must add a UX profile and assign the layout to it.
To assign a layout to a UX profile, select the layout in the Layout list on the UX profile configuration page.
When adding a UX profile, you can configure the common settings, such as the UI language and the number of the interaction cards that agents can see simultaneously in Avaya Workspaces.
3.
Assign the UX profile to a user profile.
You must assign the added UX profile to a user profile. All users with this user profile can log in to Avaya Workspaces and see the layout that you assign to the UX profile.
To assign a UX profile to a user profile, select the UX profile in the Workspaces Ux Profile list on the user profile configuration page.
