Agents can also log in with Single Sign-On, a standard browser redirect-based SSO that uses the SAMLv2 protocol. To configure SSO, you must contact your administrator.
Before you begin
Obtain a URL to Avaya Workspaces from your administrator.
Procedure
In your browser, enter the Avaya Workspaces URL.
Click the name of the SAML Identity Provider to initiate the SSO process.
Optional If you see the Application Center dashboard, click Avaya Workspaces.
Click the start work option that your administrator configures.
Avaya Workspaces places you in the respective state for customer interactions.
