This value is shown if the call was originally targeted to a shortcode. It shows the shortcode matched, the short code feature and the short code type (eg. system, user, etc).
Original Target
This value indicates the type of the original call target followed by specific details of the target. For example:
Destination is a User – The text Extn followed by the user name or extension number.
Destination is a Hunt Group – The text Group followed the hunt group name or extension number.
Destination is an embedded Automated Attendant – The text Automated Attendant followed by the auto attendant number.
Call Recording
Indicates whether call recording is in progress.
Call Redirected to a Twin
Indicates whether the call used twinning.
Call Routed Across SCN Trunk
Yes or No. Set to Yes only when the call becomes connected.
Retargeting Count
The number of times the system retargeted the call. Retargeting means that the current destination stops alerting and system sends the call to a new destination.
Transfer Count
The number of times a call has been transferred.
Redirecting Station
The station from which a call was re-directed on Forwarding, Follow Me, coverage or twinning.
